Hi,

Hunting through the stash and found a fairyopolis kit that has been there for ages.  This little fairy just seemed right for a christmas card.  Got the believe in the magic stamp free in a crafters companion magazine and thought it fitted well.  Think the poinsettia is overkill, but hey its Christmas.

Bestie xmas

Trying very hard to get the christmas cards sorted.  Lovely Bestie image I got last year for my sisters card as she is a big fan, could quite get into it myself. 
Coloured with promarkers and added glitter for a bit of bling.  Back ground was stenciled with white medium and a stamposaurus stencil and more glitter added.  Just couldn't choose a colour, glad I didn't now will used various glitters for the same effect.  Getting into the swing now.

festive footware

Christmas looms larger despite promises still not done the cards, need to get a move on hey. Hopefully I will therefore be back shortly. Made this card with a fabulous festive footware stamp from Katy Sue and a lovely Zandra image, coloured with promarkers.

Hi,

Long time no post, no good reason, been on hols and pottering about.  Had a lovely day at the craft fair at the motor cycle museum yesterday and bought this cute little stamp called 'It's a wrap' from Glitter Perfect , think he is really a mummy but I thought it worked for get well.and I need that card for tomorrow at work.
Added a small Sue Wilson Bow and coloured him with promarkers and pencils. The sentiment is from 'say it with stamps' from all night media.

Used retro sketches for the layout but turned it horizontal, so will be adding to that challenge and a few more (hoepfully).

It's also been my sisters birthday this week, all the best Vinetta (aka our Nettie) hope its a good year!
Here's the card I made using a Sheena Douglass Henna folder which I letter pressed and coloured with spectrum aqua markers and a spellbinder butterfly coloured with mica powders on double sided tape, paper, peel-off and ribbon found rummaging around Sue's shop.  The metal bug is a bit of upcycling.  Really enjoyed making this one and will definately be using the theme again.
